This is the second time I have worked with VIP. Both times, I walked in for a consultation. Their expert advice is unbiased and very professional. During both consultations I made educated decisions (with their assistance) and asked for same-day installation. I didn’t expect them to say “yes” either time, but they did it same-day on both occasions. Customer service like this is rare. It’s a cool place.

I'm standing here in this business.  I have been waiting for nearly 20 minutes.  They have not even come out of the back room.  There is a line of people here.  We are all upset that this guy is wasting our time.  I will never use this place again.  Look at the other reviews if you think it is just me.
