Marc was extemely personable and professional in helping my youngest 12 year old son and me with many new/used guitars. Great variety and the store is clean. Definitely going to be a regular visitor for anything from pedals to piano.

WOW!! sorry to have to report this… Following a $1100 guitar purchase at MadMusic, got home plugged it in and realized I had a switch problem, called MadMusic and was promply told I didn’t know what I was talking about when comparing the guitar to one of the same make & model two years apart. I reluctantly opened the pickup cavity to find electrical tape failing Solder joints and floating bare wires, explaining the crackling clicks pops and inconsistent sound coming from the switch. Not willing to even entertain the possibility there might be a problem with the instrument I just purchased, i’m left with the opinion, and I must report... these folks are liars and misrepresent the products they sell. What a drag, seemed like such a cool place.

Called store and Customer Service is non-existent, felt like I was bothering the guy. Spoke as if I was annoying him. This attitude just cost them a sale. If I could go as low as 0 stars, I would.

A little shout out for Mad Music. I had a problem with an instrument and it would have been very easy for someone to tell me it would be a hundred dollar repair. Called Mad Music to see if they did repairs and over the phone, he told me how to fix the problem in about 5 minutes at no cost. He doesn't know me. I was just a random stranger on the phone. That is a classy thing to do. Thanks Mad Music.
