Went the day after Christmas so it was very busy. They should have had more staff working. The man that walks around greeting people was very nice. He would check in every so often to apologize for the wait, I appreciated that. The man that finally helped me with my phone was very nice and knew what he was doing. I didn't like how he tried to push Direct TV on me but otherwise my visit was fine.

I really did enjoy picking out my iPhone 8 here with their very approachable and pleasurable staff. I definitely walked out a happy consumer!

Went with an issue I had with a phone purchased online. It was not resolved, but the lengths they went through and the time spent with me in the attempt was impressive. They did not merely say sorry we can't do anything about this, they called the online support staff re-explaine the issue. They also got me the free gear2 I should have gotten from my online purchase. Truly exellent service. I will be back in there today to resolve my original issue (6 days later).

I went to this At&T store on my day off. On my days off I'm not dressed professional and normally when this happens people never take me seriously. My boyfriend and I walked in and immediately was greeted. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the representative that helped me but he was wonderful. He answered all of my stupid questions because I didn't know much about smartphones. He was very patient, kind, and professional. We walked out that day with a new cellphone plan and my very first iPhone. Also, I felt like he wasn't judging me on my appearance which was big points in my book. I truly believe he was just trying to make our experience the best as possible even if that meant we didn't make a purchase that day. I'm beyond happy with my purchase. I don't live near Northborough but I will always go back to this exact store now because of how satisfied I was with the customer service!
