Went in to see about a sweater that was coming apart at seams.it had only been worn maybe six times.the gentleman who took over for the very nice lady who was helping me said there was nothing they could do me period.he was very arrogant and rude.and even after looking at my online account and seeing I have spent a lot of money with that business still nothing they would do .i,not him,asked about mending.said maybe,for fee,.cant be sure thread would match.Done with him.He needs to lose that huge CHIP on his shoulder.goig back to BROOK BROTHERS.

When I stopped by Joseph A. Bank in Northborough, the saleslady, Elaine was extremely helpful, and I purchased a gift certificate for my son so he could buy a blazer on sale. My son went to use the certificate at another Joseph A. Bank store, but the salesperson there said they did not know about the sale. I called Joseph A. Bank in Northborough, and Terri called the store requesting they honor the sale, and they did! Thank you to both Elaine and Terri for you all your help!

I really needed new dress shirts, however I opted not to buy any today from Josa bank. When I arrived with my 5yr old, the associate was outside squatting on the ground next to the door smoking. My child started coughing really bad once we walked past her into the store. She came inside after we entered the store, which is how I found out she worked there. He was coughing so bad we had to leave, because we were forced to enter the store next to the smoking associate.

We bought my husband & best man's suit ensembles for our wedding this year at JoS.A. Bank in Northborough MA.. We spent a considerable amount of money even with their " sale"items. We bought expensive cuff links, but were sold expensive shirts without cuff links. Tie clips were ordered and shipped to us and were the wrong ones. At the time of purchase, we were introduced to their "highly recommended" tailor; Nedal Raheb, and given a JoS.A. Banks business card with his name on it. His tailoring AND business practices left something to be desired) (and his review is online at The Golden Needle in Shrewsbury MA). But when we went BACK to Jos A Banks, after our honeymoon, they staunchly held firm that Mr Raheb was not an employee of theirs, and they didn't want to hear of the unpleasant experience we had with him. AFTER the honeymoon, they gave us new shirts for the cuff links and made right by that mistake. However, I feel, from a business standpoint; that if a company has business cards made for anyone, then the business should be very concerned when this person misrepresents their company or does a poor job. I can say we will NOT return to either Jos A Banks, nort their "highly recommended" tailor whether it be in their store or at his shop.
