Clean store, including the bathrooms.  They keep a pretty consistent layout, which is helpful to find stuff quickly.  They always have the hot items on their shelves.  Their selection of video games is pretty lacking though.  Employees range from friendly and helpful to disinterested and grumpy.  Big annoyance is that the rewards never work.

Very clean and tidy store with a huge selection compared to other locations. Also great that it's a combined toys r us and babies r us.

If it your child's birthday they will give them a crown and a balloon and announce their birthday over the intercom! My daughter loved the attention from it.
