Started going here instead of the one at the Solomon Pond Mall because I never ran into stale protein bars here. The woman who seems to run the store is an incredibly nice woman and is very helpful.

Today i went in to return a couple of items. I did not have the sales reciept so i asked if it was possible to look it up through my membership. I had some of the WORST service i have ever had in my life. The lady that was working was very very rude and did not want to help me out in the least bit. I was not even requesting a cash refund, i just wanted store credit or even an exchange and i ended up leaving with what i walked in with. I suggest that you do not go to the northboro location or gnc in general as i have had many bad experiences with them and there prices are outrageous. If you do go watch out for the lady i dealt with.....she was in her 50s with very short dirty blonde hair.
