Best Buy is the only electronics store that I shop at consistently. They have a wide variety of merchandise, reasonable prices and the Geek Squad has been helpful over the years. I have purchased 3 tv's, 5 computers, tons of camera equipment and most of my other electronics needs over the years and have never been disappointed. My only complaint is the scarcity of floor help when I shop there. It can be a long wait for assistance but they are very knowledgeable when they get to you.

Computer was playing difficult.  We arrived late on a Tuesday night.  No one in line. The two Geek Squad guys, Jake and Joshua, were right on it.  Found the problem, fixed it - were fantastic... both of them!!!  Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.  Thank you!!!  You're the BEST!

Not very huge as some ok of the others I saw but yes very properly arranged. Actually that's what I love about Best Buy. Every store arrangement is similar to other. Once you have put on the hard yards to locate a category in one store, the next store navigation becomes easy. The staff is ever helpful and approachable at all times

Terrible! I went in to buy a gps charger and they tried to sell me a phone cord instead.
I had asked if they'd opened a box to ensure that it was the correct GPS charger.. They refused to do so and offered me an adapter (which did not fit into my vehicle.)
[PHONE CORD-ADAPTER-GPS.]
Three attempts, 7 employees who weren't even working.
All that I needed was the correct charger, but why not try to sell me a $300 gps.
The customer service was of no help.
It was taken over by a pregnant cow named, "Olivia" and some other kid.
Another employee did offer his assistance, $20 for the charger.. Consider it sold.

The tech wave went over my head.  Your people found the four pack tile, explained how to use it and programed it for me.  Your friendly service is unbelievable.  I'm 70 yrs old.   Your employees I must say are light years ahead on curticy, product knowledge, and down right from the heart friendly.  I can smell a sales person blow off in a second.  Where did they come from.    DON'T LOSE THEM !!!!!  MANAGEMENT has done it right.
