I just went to Old Navy to exchange a gift, not return it, just grab a different size and, Whitley, my cashier apparently is unable to communicate with people and return everything. So I just lost $67.59 worth of clothing, that was a gift. So now, the person who gave me the gift is going to look at their monthly credit card statement, and I look like an ungrateful jerk. Her manager did give me a gift card for $5 off my next purchase at Old Navy. 5 dollars for taking over 67 dollars, sound fair? I'm never setting foot in another Old Navy again as long as I live. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Update:
After 2 weeks and many phone calls and emails to the corporation, I was finally reimbursed.
