We went in to replace my husband's broken iPhone. The at&t employee, Steven, was amazing. He was helpful, didn't try to sell anything that we didn't want or need. It was the most simple, painless phone experience we've ever had. Kudos to you Steven!! Thank you!!

Waited 30 minutes to return some headphones. Service isn’t bad but they should definitely make returning items a priority. It took all of three minutes.

About what you'd expect from AT&T. I called one day to inquire about a particular smartwatch which has been difficult to find elsewhere. I asked if there were any in stock and if I would be able to purchase one for the retail price without it being tied to a contract - I was told yes to both, and that they would hold one for the day. I went in the store when I was off work, waited the requisite amount of time before I could talk to any of their customer service plebs, and was basically told that no, I had to get it with a contract. I mentioned that I had been told over the phone that one was being held and that it was available for purchase for a particular price that I had been quoted, and according to the inventory manager that none of that was true. Left disappointed and smartwatch-less. Obviously not a life or death disappointment (boo-hoo, couldn't buy a smartwatch) but speaks to either general ignorance of the staff or sketchy business in an attempt to sell more contracts. Either way, the experience solidified why I would never even consider getting my main phone through AT&T.

I've never left a wireless provider store feeling good until today. Vision was the man. He was quick, smooth, and very transparent. I never felt pressured or conned. I'm simple. I've never felt better about a cell phone purchase. I'd want vision on my mgmt team in any form. Thanks brother!
