I always shop at hobby lobby but I thought I’d give Michaels a try on 10/15/2017 I found a lot of great stuff. Some was a little over priced. I bought a candle that smelt great, took it home and lite it. It’s smelt terrible, like burning plastic. Brought it right back the next day 10/16/2017 with my recipe and the lady wouldn’t give me my money back. I kindly asked what she could do for me since she can’t take the candle back and she rudely said there is nothing we can do for you. I was never treated like this at hobby lobby and I won’t be returning to Michael’s for all my craft purchases.

A good selection and the sale prices are great! I found some fun Halloween decorations and my total was half price.

I use this location frequently to purchase frames for prints of my artwork and photography. Have always had a pleasant experience. They seem to hire the right people who know their stuff and are extremely friendly.

Good overall selection of craft supplies at moderate prices. The store is always clean and conviently located in the shoppping hub of Roseville.

The service was not up to par. Once they took our order, it took 20 minutes before the appetizer came out to the table. They brought out the food 5 minutes later. Steak was over cooked. I asked for the check twice, before I just paid it on the kiosk. Not going back.
