Sold me a perpetually broken computer. Every few months, erases all data and software and needs to be reinstalled. Service so unhelpful I had to buy a contract at Best Buy. Probably scrapping computer one year in to three year warranty because I'm sick of wasting the time and the money and losing my data. May now be without a computer. Total waste of my entire computer budget. Totally mad.

I purchased 3 bar stools and opt to have them shipped to the store so I could receive them before leaving town. When they were picked up, they were individually packaged in 24x24 or so boxes. When we opened them one was damaged, the  others were just ugly.. Cheap looking, poor quality, and craftsmanship. I called the store advising the of this and was told they do not offer refunds or credit on furniture picked up. This was very discerning to me. They do not stand behind their products at all. They apparently know they're selling crap and therefore will not give customers an opportunity  to return a sub par online purchase from them. 

I also wrote a product review on their website, it has not been posted. I believe they do this in an effort to deceive consumer's. They act like they're concerned about the customer experience by sending surveys, but they can care less. They have the worst customer service...

Placed order and scheduled delivery for next week. Morning of delivery we get automated voicemail informing us that the order had been cancelled. Called the store they said sorry, if you want a refund we have to mail you a check. Great!

Do not buy from these people! They will lie to you. They sold me a fridge and made me feel cozy about it. Then up sold me this extra warranty plan that was supposed to take care of anything barring me taking a hammer to it. That's a lie! House got flooded and now they're turning their backs on me. Now I'm stuck with a $3500 paperweight. I'm pissed because I believe them when they said the warranty would cover ANYTHING other than my own negligence. Liars liars liars!
