Great salespeople and products. Services are awesome!

If you go there during peak hours, then you will wait 20-45 minutes. But that should be expected of anywhere you would go.

If you go while most people are at work or school, there usually is not a wait at all!

Very knowledgeable staff, who have fantastic tips! Best place to go get your wireless, home entertainment, or home security questions answered.

Poor customer service.  I called AT&T customer service they told me to to go to an AT&T store and neither were able to help with my phone problems. One of the sales people told me to go to best buy. The gentlemen at best buy looked at me as if I was crazy. AT&T you lost my business because of this store. I'm going back to Verizon were they can help you when there's a problem.

Generally a good experience, it is at a quality you would expect, but not absolutely amazing by any means. Main gripe is that they only provide a few lines of flagship devices.

I've never been an AT&T customer,  but the service,  or lack thereof,  I received last night was ridiculous.   Once I told the greeter why I was there,  they should have known enough to tell me I couldn't get that info without the account holder being present.   Instead,  I had to wait 25 minutes for the ' expert ' to tell me exactly that.   What a waste of time!!!

Assistance was over the top.  Clearly they are focused on service at this location.  It borderlined too much, but is far better than none.
