Went in for a cell phone repair after just learning the service was available to replace my i phone charging port, even had a discount coupon ready. Mason took a look, messed with it a bit and said “all done”. He didn’t even make fun of me for having such a dirty port. 
No charge! I’m happy to recommend both Mason and the store. I didn’t realize the variety of products and services offered at BatteriesPlus.

Awesome team at this location!  OKC MAY & 63rd.  Everyone there asked if I was being helped and they double checked my battery and alternator for me when my car was having issues.  I didn't even end up making a purchase but will definitely come back in the future if and when needed!

Awesome service!!! Mason and the girls just do their best to help you out! I went on Saturday totally hopeless with my phone damaged and Mason guided me through the steps to fix it. I also came in today with the screen of my phone crashed in 1000 pieces... good quality and quick service!!! I will recommend this place to all my friends!

Very helpful, had the wrong battery initially but they helped me get the right one. Priced better than other local retailer.

Went in with my screen to have it replaced on my phone they informed me they won't repair my phone if I bring my own screen. They want me to wait a week when I need my phone today. Poor service and the guy was actually a prick about it. Talked real fast with an attitude.
