It was late in evening and I was on my way back home to Texas. If it were possible I would sue whoever is responsible for Oklahoma roads because all this mess was caused by a pothole on a major highway. Anyway I came in right at close and they gave me premium service. I paid for the cheapest rim they had. Unfortunately they didn't have the rim they charged me for, due to an inventory error. But they graciously gave me the next level rim for no extra cost and did everything to ensure my car was safe and I had the things I needed. Of all the experiences I had in Oklahoma this was one of the best :)

I have additional wheel and tire coverage through the dealership and on a Friday when all the dealerships were closed and we were 3.5 hours from home, Boyd Jones at Discount tire was everything we needed! He went out of his way to ensure our safety with a good tire to get home on until the tire he ordered came in! We are here getting our matching new tire with the same amazing service! He even went the extra mile to email the claim and all information to my warranty company so they can start my refund process! My Husband and I highly recommend Boyd and the awesome staff at discount tires!

These gentlemen did an extraordinary job on a busy Saturday to put two new tires on my daughter's car to repair a tire that I bought from them earlier they even met the price of a tire they showed online that they no longer carried. I drove from South Oklahoma City all the way over to Northwest Highway and Rockwell and I'll do it again!!!👍👍👍👍

One of the worst stores in Oklahoma City, every delivery I make I seem to spent  two hours or more lack of consideration for the rest of the stores that I end up showing late to deliver.Seems like management poorly coordinate scheduling people and managing.
