I just called this sherwin Williams location on N. West Expressway and I was On hold for 13 1/2 minute while they were looking for my paint.  I called them back and someone else picked up the phone and I explained to him what happened, he made a few excuses of why stead of apologizing for it. The feeling that I got out of this is that I was bothering them and it was an inconvenience for them to take my order. I believe the name of the person to put me on hold what’s Marshal of something of that nature. The location on Kelly and Danforth and Edmond has a great customer service. That should train the staff at N. West Expressway location on how to take care of the customers
