I am very disappointed. I got my phone with a contract 1.5 year ago. Before purchasing I verified that I would be able to unlock my device and use it in Europe for a few weeks when I travel, as this was EXTREMELLY important to me. If I wouldn't be able to unlock it, I wouldn't buy a phone with a contract, and I told him that. The guy said that it can be done at anytime and that I won't have any problem unlocking it even 5 months after starting the contract. He actually said "You just have to show them your flight ticket and they will be able to unlock it for 3 weeks-1month". HE LIED because today I went there expecting that I would have my phone temporary unlocked for my 3-weeks trip and after a lot of research and visits to other stores every one told me that you can't unlock it if you're still paying for it. The employees are always nice and polite but I am very disappointed and was not expecting that.

I went into the store almost in tear with very little hope. I was in account recovery with apple for 7 weeks and little to no help. Ben looked at me showed empathy and said calm down I will do my best to help you. I jokingly said goodbye luck apple has not been able to do anything.while another customer was in the same situation and we were both feed up him with another type of phone and me with little hope he saved the day. I so had given up hope on real customer service and Ben has renewed my belief. Thx

Rick S. was fantastic. I have never had a better experience with AT&T (and I usually have great experiences). I went in with a problem with my old phone and was completely prepared to buy a new phone. He was upfront and honest with me saving me hundreds of dollars and then when I got my replacement phone I was having problems syncing my two phones. He spent more time walking me through the process and practically doing it for me. He did not make a dime off of me, but he earned my repeat business forever! I highly recommend this store.

These guys are great. Nice people and very helpful. We need a phone we go there period. I had trouble with a phone they spent a long time helping me with and they didn't even get paid. Another occasion I broke my phone and they let me borrow theirs. These guys are the best.

I am a senior citizen and this store helped me set up my iPhone and iPad. I stop in from time to time for help when I had various problems. They have been patient and very supportive. You can not go wrong shopping at the broomall at&t store.
