I cancelled my service and sent the equipment back. I waited 3 months for my refund and called them to see where it was. They gave no explanation as to why my refund was not returned and told me my refund would be on my credit card in 3 to 5 days. Day 3 it was there. Maybe I should have called sooner and I would have received it sooner. Happy with the service and getting my refund with no hassle. Thank you Sharon.

I'm upgrading from 1 stars to 3 because - after I filed a complaint with the BBB - I was contacted by the company and the money they had taken erroneously was refunded. Still, it should not have been taken in the first place, and if I hadn't thought to file a complaint I might never have seen a refund. So I still recommend you avoid them... ONCE THEY GET YOUR CREDIT THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOREVER, EVEN AFTER YOU SEND THE DEVICE BACK. IF YOU TRY TO CALL TO DISCUSS THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO ANSWER CALLS ARE SALES PEOPLE, THEY WILL TRANSFER YOU TO BILLING OR CUSTOMER SERVICE - AND YOU WILL BE ON HOLD FOR HOURS AND THE CALL IS NEVER ANSWERED. STAY AWAY

I researched and decided on the medical alert device distributed by this company in Broomall, PA. After a couple of months, it was clear this device was not helping my Dad as he never charged the device (it requires charging once a day) and he never wore it. The device costs around $50 per month. We decided to return the device and this is when you will run into questionable treatment by the customer service representatives and the company as a whole. Julian Davis is in charge of customers trying to return their device. I felt I had to pry any kind of information out of him as to how to stop the monthly payments and where to how/where to return the device. He mumbled the address. I asked him to spell it out for me which he did. I wrote the address down. Apparently, there is no return number, no return label, the customer is in charge of obtaining the tracking number and only when they receive this small device into their warehouse (which I am responsible for knowing when this happens) will they stop the monthly payments. So, I am supposed to track this device and call them when it gets to their warehouse so that they can locate it and stop the payments. When I had questions and issues about this very vague process I was hardly given a response and reprimanded for questioning this "process". This is not the company you want for your loved ones. Be warned.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life Accounting cannot keep their records straight and then keep charging after you cancel...bad bad! A nightmare!
