CJ is a sales associate that helped me. I have been struggling with my phone for quite some time, but never wanted to take the time to fix it. He helped me with all of my issues and did it quickly and graciously. Super nice young man.

To whom. It may concern ,I have just had the great pleasure of outstanding help from one of the many associate here in the t mobile store in Broomall pa . 
Today I dealt with Kris , in the past it was Stanley, Omar, Tourre. All of these associate have been very professional,so patient understanding and very courteous. And very much appreciates by me .

Today I worked with Chris at the Lawrence park store. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate him a 10. He knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I was the best experience I have had at T-Mobile . I will certainly tell others about this location and more importantly this young man. From now on I will be coming here for my electronics.

I had the pleasure of meeting CJ at T-Mobile Broomall he was very pleasant and well knowledgeable about everything T-Mobile I have came into the store several times for CJ to help me with my iPad and my new phone he is totally awesome great employee great asset to T-Mobile CJ keep up the good work! thanks for everything. Want to give a 0 star if I can. When I traded in my device, the employees put down the wrong IMEI number and got me blocked. Don't go there. New store with novice employees.
