In the Paint Department Charlie and Charleen are making a difference. Best paint & color mixing services with a smile! These two make shopping here for paint an honor!!! Great customer service today! Make sure to ask for these two by name other wise your experience may not run so smooth..March 2017 update on railing installation: walked up, picked out railing, then Joe in lumber cut it to length for us. Joe also took the time to show us where all the accessories were. We walked out in ten minutes with all the materials. Great Job , we appreciate workers who care and make a difference.

I asked a lady working there a question but she seemed to be more interested in chatting with her colleague than directing me to the right stuff. From now on you might want to go with "You can do it, leave us alone".

When I went to this location last week, it was like a ghost town. There was nobody in sight to offer assistance or answer questions. The only person who came up to me was someone asking me if I was considering Solar Power. My goal was to purchase ceiling tiles and acoustic insulation. There were no employees to be seen anywhere. The tiles I needed were mostly damaged packages. There were only 2 boxes that were in undamaged condition. So my trip was a waste of time as I'll have to go to another Home Depot this weekend. I would have given this store a half star if it was possible. The store seemed like a deserted movie set, I was looking for a tumble weed to come rolling by. I expected a lot more from this location. My advice is to purchase from the Springfield or King of Prussia locations. They have a better stock and friendlier staff willing to assist you.

JJ and Joe were fantastic when they helped me load up the car. I could not have done it alone and they helped me for the two trips I had to do. Overall excellent experience.

Store is well stocked, friendly staff helpful, parking lot sucks with the cross traffic out front the people from out there drive like idiots
