Knowledgeable, professional, courteous staff.  I received personal, one on one, uninterrupted attention from Eddy the entire time I was in the store.  I had a million questions and concerns, he answered everything, plus informed me that I could get unlimited data for only $15 more a month, AND it comes with free HBO, AND a $25 rebate!  With a 14 year old, an 18 year old and a 21 year old, this is great news!  I originally went into the store to take advantage of the buy one get one Iphone 8 offer, and ended up with some awesome extras!

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon while passing through St. George headed home to Wyoming. My phone decided to die while we were traveling. My husband and I stopped about 20 minutes before closing time. The gentleman worker quickly informed us that he had no way to help us. I tried explaining that we would wait and that where we live there isn't an AT&T Store for 200 miles. The employee very curtly explained that he had absolutely no time to help us at all unless it was a quick question. I feel that if he had simply listened to our situation we could have walked out the door with an optional solution.

Very rude and argumentative service representative when I called the store with an issue (they got me locked out of my phone).  Seriously the worst customer service I have ever encountered from a cell phone company.
