I've used this company many times to solve my expressed ignorance for all-things computer. This time Elijah and Cody spent considerable time in finding a solution to my problem. They kept me informed of there progress the entire time. I am sure their bill did not cover their actual time spent on this issue. They are honest, capable business people with great customer service. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Lifeguard computers has always been helpful and treated me like a valuable customer, even though I did not really spend that much money with them over the years. They have solve many computer problems for me. I admire their thorough knowledge of the workings of computers, which are a total mystery to me. They are MY company!!! Wolfgang Kelm

Very satisfied with the service I received from the guys at Lifeguard. I usually do my own computer work, however time can be pretty valuable. They offer a free diagnostic and the fact that they are a local shop I decided I would give them a shot, I'm glad I did. The price was very fair, the mark up for the replacement part was not crazy and the time they took diagnosing the issue along with them handling any warranty issues that may arise with the replacement power supply was well worth the extra $14 for the part as well as the cost of labor. There was even some software issues after the replacement which weren't previously known and they helped resolve those without any extra charge. A big thanks to both Elijah and Cody for the services they provided. If I need assistance in the future I will definitely be going back to them before looking elsewhere and recommend anyone in need of local service to check them out and give them a shot as well.

We went into the store with a problem and a question, Elijah was able to help with both. He was personable and helpful and walked us through our problem.

work is fast and knowledgeable. Their personnel are courteous and interested me and my situations. I purchased my laptop from them and they"bend-over backwards" to be sure I'm satisfied with it. Mel
