Worst return policy around, The manager Katie was very happy to be a manager and loved all her POWER. I called corporate Best Buy and they were happy to help me, she had no need to be so rude. Could have easily went above and beyond the customers expectations but chose not to. Hope they remember customers have lots of choices. No need to go back to this location!

I bought a 55" television with the assistance of Mike.  He's a younger guy with blonde hair in a short ponytail.  He's easygoing, very knowledgeable, and awesome to deal with... He guided me to select exactly what I've been wanting in a big screen TV.  No pressure, fair price for the high end unit I bought.  St. George, Utah Store

Goodness: If you buy anything from these guys, please keep your receipt! We bought a Dell laptop from here and about 10 months later the battery wasn't holding a charge (only worked when it was plugged in). When we brought the computer, including the box we bought it, to Best Buy to talk about the Warranty they couldn't prove we bought it from them and told us to contact Dell. Let me say Dell's customer service was far better than Best Buys. Though Dell needed to know the exact date we purchased the laptop (found on the receipt or in-store system), we had to go through loops to get Bust Buy to finally find that we bought it from them. Never again.

Very clean store, every employee I met was nice and asked if they could help me. I mainly had questions and they answered best they could.  Checkout was quick and easy. Nice place; will go again.

It's Best Buy. Most people know what to expect here. This store doesn't have the most proactive employees; in other words most of them don't wander around looking for customers to help. But they are helpful once you track them down.
