Friendly staff and great service.  I appreciate all that they do for their customers.  I only wish there was more variety in some of the products available.  Overall good experience.

Until recently, perhaps the only T Mobile in a large area. Staff spent extra time with elderly mother teaching her the specifics of the new phone showing great patience. They remembered her the next visit and readily solved problems with phone. Unfortunately, the turnover caught up with us and the customer relations is a bit variable.

Bad service and them always scammed. Even I read information on website and call to t-Mobile n I know exactly what's I need but when I come here them say so stupid

I don’t rate this place 5 starts, just did it do it goes on top. THEY MAKE EVERYTHING SO DIFFICULT TO DO, JUST BECAUSE THEIR TOO LAZY TO HELO THEIR CUSTOMERS!!

I was on the $40/month plan and changed it to international coverage for the month I went to South America. They made me pay $100 for it, which was a lot for me, but because I needed it for texts and especially navigation, I paid up.  I was very clear to the rep (Brandon)that I needed that phone to work and he promised it would (I asked him three times, almost feeling bad I was nagging). Well, sure enough, the minute I landed the phone coverage went MIA and I was not able to use any feature for the whole entire month I was there (try driving in South America with no GPS, it's quite the adrenaline ride!) As soon as I got back, I went to their store on Bluff St. to see what they could do. I asked for my money back, but was ready to just get the $100 credit for the next 2 months worth of service. Brandon originally said there was nothing they could do. Then they settled on ONE month's service (a whopping $40 credit!). I asked for the manager, Christopher W (charming creature). Long story short, he basically walked out on me and left me talking to myself, with a "take or leave it, that's all you are going to get". Folks, steer clear of T-Mobile in general, BUT ESPECIALLY THE ONE ON BLUFF STREET. They have no clue what the term"customer service" even means. This "Christopher W" person is the world's rudest business manager, and I've seen a few bad ones in my day. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for phone service.
