They have some great deals but if you're buying a computer,  salesman can easily add $350. of services and warranties before you even know what happened. Look and study your receipt and decide if you REALLY need all those plans. Very nice people though.

I hated my experience with staples.  Sales person are not helpful or approachable.  Nobody at the counter. If u need assistant the sales person turns his way on the opposite direction.

I also hated that self xerox!!! Where shoppers do it on her own.  Cutting cost!!!! Very inconvenient!!!!!! Instead you will have customers; with your system you are losing customers.

I want to pay cash but sales person rude. Not approachable.  

Even the environment .... i dont like it looks cheap... as if it is a storage or a stockroom.

Their Printing & Shipping service was extremely fast and the staff was very helpful and cheery. It was a delightful surprise and made my day after having a super frustrating experience at a UPS store earlier. Never going back to that UPS again :) (I can get the same service (but better!) at this Staples)

Last year was in 2 weeks before Christmas (late doing letters) and they had absolutely NO Christmas letterhead left. FELLA'S YOU CAN'T SELL WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE. Did they learn a lesson? NO. This year I came in 3.5 weeks before Christmas and the same thing! I grabbed a manager on his way past the display and he arrogantly said "that's all we have." Then as a cheap shot as if I should be ashamed for asking "We've had them out since OCTOBER!"  If it wasn't for the fact that this is the only frikkin stationary store in the whole valley we'd not go back.

A variety of Office Supplies & some Educational Merchandise. Also carries a variety of Office Furniture, Printers & basic desk type copiers, which are limited..  Prices are moderate to high on some items.
