Customer service is pretty bad, did not even say hello or how can I help you when I walked in, and rude at checkout. Won't be back.

I don't usually shop this location while they had what I needed I will not be going to this sally's store again. The manager was very rude to me and when I said I wasn't interested in the items on sale she told me I should buy them anyway and give them as a gift. When I told her I still wasn't interested she started talking to me in a really condescending manner calling me "hun" and asking me what's wrong. What's wrong? Really? I don't have money to waste on items I don't need and I don't appreciate being pressured to buy more than I can afford. If a sale isn't going to make the items I'm buying any cheaper than what's the point. I get that it's your job to sell me stuff but I'm a woman in my 30s and you're calling me "hun" and talking down to me like I'm a teenager and telling me to buy items I don't want and give them to my mom. What's wrong is that I didn't appreciate all the comments when I was just trying to run some errands. I don't even have a mom to give things to, not that it was any of her business.

I just love this Sally's I will not go to another,,the girls are awesome there,, please keep it up love you girls thanks for being so nice to me 👍👍👍

Walk in, search for 10 minutes and couldn't fine what we needed. When I asked for help, she was too busy talking with her friends to assist so we walked out and ordered it from Amazon
