The kid behind the counter was an ass! Worst service ever! Curly hair sarcastic punk who talks so slow he sounded stoned! When We went to finally pay and my husband had 2 gift cards given to him from his employer, the kid walked to the front door and touched a 5x7 in. Piece of paper and said " didn't you see the sign!?!" We don't take gift cards! And chuckled! Needless to say, we weren't going to spend a dime there then! And left! I'd rather drive further for better service, and pay!

Terrible customer service. Sent my boots in to get fixed, I wasn't informed of the 2 different options you have for having your boots fixed. Either to the HQ in Minnesota, or locally to a second rate craftsman. The first time they sent the boots off was to the local second rate craftsman. No one called me to inform me my boots were back, after I waited 2 weeks when they said it would only take one. Get my boots back and after a few days of working in them the rubber bottom starts peaking and flapping because it was glued on. So I called the store complained and they offered to send them back to Minnesota where the HQ is located. Ok fine. Drop my boots off in Oct. the process should take 3 weeks they said, I never once got a call the rest of October, none of November I didn't get my boots back until the 2nd week of December. And that was after I called several times. Well come to find out that HQ couldn't fix my boots (mind you I was ready to purchase new boots the first and second time I dropped off my boots) so they sent them back out to the same second rate craftsman. I had to keep calling to get updates on my boots, they were untruthful about how long the process took, I was never notified when my boots made it back to the store nor was I notified of when they were sent back from HQ and sent back to the second rate craftsman. I'll never spend another dime with this company. EVER! Horrible experience. Then when I raised concerns about how awful my boots look and why I wasn't notified about any thing the guy just gave me a blank stare and a shrug. Shop at your own risk

My dad took me here to buy my first pair of work boots. We went in the morning and after being measured, I walked out with a new pair of 5686. I wore them around the house for a few weeks to break them in, they felt great. My first day of work was a 12 hour shift, and at the end of the day my feet were absolutely killing me to the point where it was difficult to walk. When I got home and took my boots off, I found my big toes were completely black under the nail. I took the boots back to the store and they switched them out for me for one size larger. Talk about great customer service!! Because of the great service, I just purchased a pair of 4456 with my first paycheck. My dad has purchased work boots from this company for the past 30 years, and now, so will I.
