Highly recommend this Sprint store, their staff is very helpful and well informed about their products and services. The employees made me feel comfortable and not pressured but were there if I had questions.

The staff was fine, but whoever schedules the employees did a terrible job. I've been in this store multiple times and each time there is one or two workers, each with a customer for 10+ minutes, while 5 more are waiting and waiting. Don't think about coming here without an appointment.
The music was also too loud.

Terrible service overall. Even though we canceled our cell phone plan, Sprint changed us for an extra month of service. After calling the Sprint service center, they said we needed to get our issue resolved in store. Going to the store with our bills in hand, the sales associates said they could not help us and said to call the service center. Also, no manager was on duty. No one was of any help and we were not able to get our issue resolved

Customer service was terrible they didn't even acknowledge that we were sitting there for 30 mins and didn't offer to find out why we were there

Don't bother looking into Pokémon go Promotions here. Every time I go in and bring it up the employees are completely clueless and kind of rude about it.
