I did not catch the name of the manager who helped me with my exchange but she made all the difference! She was so helpful with finding a better size and recommending a few other things for me. If every store ran as smoothly as this Athleta the world would be a better place haha.

I have shopped at this store for years and have been pleased with their customer service every visit until now. I spent quite a bit of money there on Dec. 29. The store was busy but usually a staff member greets you as soon as you walk in and offers to help while showing you back to a dressing room. That was not the case on Dec. 29th. I found my own clothes and dressing room, and there was only one sales assistant to help everyone in the back trying on clothes. She did the best she could, but there has always been more than one sales clerk in the back when it is so busy. I had to have several items altered and they told me it would take 3 days. I live 30 miles away and returned on the date they told me, but nothing was ready. I returned the next day which was the day of a winter storm, but I needed the clothes for an out of town trip that weekend. I checked online to make sure the store was open and also called. The site online said it was open and there was no voice message saying the store was closed on the phone. But when I got there after driving in bad weather, the doors were locked and there was no sign on the door. I was very annoyed to make the drive to Short Pump for nothing. I have left for my trip without the clothes I wanted to bring and the store has yet to call to tell me my alterations are ready. What a shame the standards are not as high as in the past at this store!
Nice clothes but when I went in and asked about a specific item I had seen online, an associate indicated that if they had any, it'd be in the sale area and turned away, essentially dismissing me. This item was not on sale and I would've appreciated a little help. I rarely shop in store and this is one reason why! Thankfully another associate was more helpful.
Perhaps Athleta can learn a bit of better business practices from Lululemon. This location has by far the worst customer service and it is no where near exemplary. Firstly, I was never acknowledged and when I was it was nearly 15 minutes after being in the store. The vibe is unnecessarily pretentious and superficial. It’s Short Pump for crying out loud. Not DC While the clothes are quite beautiful, I’ll be taking my monies elsewhere and stick with Lululemon now on out.
My girlfriend loves their clothing. I make sure for her birthday and any other occasion I get her an outfit from their store. The associates always help me find the perfect outfit. They've made shopping for my girlfriend so easy!
Awesome customer service by their assistant manager. She went above and beyond her duties to assist us with a return and sales. It was my first time there I'm definitely not my last!
Everyone is always friendly, knowledgeable and these clothes last a whole lot better than those found in comparable shops in the mall.
I love Athleta products, but the store has adjusted their hours and I have had difficulty returning an item. The first time I tried to return an item, the store hadn't updated it's adjusted hours online.
