I had a great experience with Bridal Elegance. I had actually gotten my dress from a different store, and it was a sample dress that had come from Bridal Elegance. We went in seeing if they had any idea where we could go to get it altered and make a few changes. They offered to do it and Mary was just so amazing! She made the dress into exactly what I wanted, giving it lace straps and a keyhole back. She even helped my mom out with her dress! They were all so nice and welcoming and they really made me feel beautiful in my gown. The staff was hands down the best part about the salon, I mean not only do they have beautiful dresses and do amazing work, but they are so nice and attentive to their customers needs. Every we went in there it was such a great experience and I cannot thank them enough for all that they did. They genuinely care about their customers and they really did such a wonderful job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Bridal Elegance. I've been to so many places while looking for wedding gowns. By far, my best experience was with Bridal Elegance. Very patient, supportive and attentive staff who treat you like family from the moment you walk in the door...with zero pressure! They truely care about you and finding your gown! And once you do, they take such great care of handing and prepping your gown for bridal portraits and the big day. Highly recommend!

I went to Bridal Elegance after trying on so many wedding gowns at other stores - I wish I came here first because as soon as I met Trinh and told her what I was looking for - she went to the racks and pulled my gown. She new exactly what I wanted - I tried it on and new immediately it was the one! I said Yes to the Dress that day :) I absolutely love it...makes me feel like a princess. When coming back for my fittings, Mary was so helpful with getting me into my gown (I'm definitely not used to dressing up this much) - and measured me for alterations. I came back on Friday and again with Mary's help I saw that my my gown fit wonderfully! I was thrilled and got teary-eyed...I love coming here, it's always a great time for me. My mom also visited with me from RI on Mother's Day Weekend & she was able to see my gown (I didn't want to try it on with pins in it)...they were so nice to my mom even when mom insisted they view a video of my 2 yr old nephew on his birthday a few weeks earlier... my mom can be a handful and their customer service was awesome. I have had an excellent experience here and highly recommend shopping at Bridal Elegance

I had a Wonderful Experience at Bridal Elegance!  All of the Ladies was wonderful and very attentive  to my needs.  Mary was the lady that did my fittings and alterations and she was Amazing!  I highly recommend these ladies for all for your clothes for the Special Occasions in your Life.  They had great recommendations.  It is my GO TO place for finding a dress .  Thanks Ladies!

The people at Bridal Elegance are wonderful!  They helped me find a dress I loved, and they made alterations actually fun.  I came in multiple times to try my dress on, and they were always eager to help me.  I would recommend them to anyone, and I wish I could use them again!  Thank you to Mary and her awesome team!
