Here at Blythe, we take pride in our customer service. Our fitters not only enjoy finding the items that flatter you, but also walking you through the technical aspects of bras. We know that bra-fittings can be stressful, but we strive to make every experience enjoyable and stress-free. Whether it is searching through our soft sleepwear or finding the bras that are comfortable and supportive for you specific shape. Wherever your needs take you in the lingerie realm, we will be there to give you a boost!
Appointments & Fittings
We take appointments, but most of our customers are walk-ins. You may call 804-364-1717 to schedule an appointment. (We don't take appointments between 1-4pm because we have so many walk-ins.) The typical fitting takes about 30 minutes, but can often last longer. We offer one-on-one attention, and sometimes have a wait to get back to the fitting rooms. Please be patient with us when we are busy - we promise to give you the same undivided attention!

Return Policy:
Refunds will be given within 10 days of original purchase, accompanied by the receipt. These items must be in new, unworn condition, with tags attached. Returns of packaged items that have been opened will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued in the same manner as original payment. Credit/Debit cr purchases must be refunded to the same card. Cash purchases over $20 will be refunded by check within 5-7 business days.
Sale items, special orders, gift cards, and exchanges are a final sale. Gift certificates and store credits may not be redeemed for cash/refund once issued.
Returns by mail must be sent with Signature Required, or we will not receive these items.
