This guy's review was a joke. They are always staffed up to 3 or 4 on days that there's not many paitents. They helped with my back pain and fixed me up fully

In December 2014,Dr. S. Kassab sent me to ATI for therapy for a left hip bursitis. My initial evaluation was done by Elizabeth on Monday, December 15, 2014. When I returned on Wednesday, December 17, Erica, the PT assistant, informed me that Elizabeth was out sick. I told Erica that my left leg was hurting, especially my left knee. She told me this was normal, and put me to work on exercises. There were no other personnel on the premises, and Erica had 3 other clients doing their routines the same time as me. When I returned on Friday, I again said I had considerable pain in my left leg and knee. Once again, I was told this was normal. And once again, Erica was working alone and supervising me as well as 3 or 4 other people. The pain worsened over the weekend and I called on Monday 12/22/14 to cancel my therapy appointments due to concern over the pain. Over the next few weeks, I visited Urgent Care and was taken off work, I saw Dr. Kasssab, MD. By that point, my left knee was excessively swollen and I was very limited in my activity. Initially, Dr. Kassab drained the knee and injected steroids. When that treatment failed, I returned to his office, and on February 25, 2015 Dr. Kassab performed arthroscopic surgery. At this point, I have still not returned to work. When I need PT in the future, I will go to a facility where the staff is not overworked and where there are licensed, credentialed therapists overseeing my program.
