Poor customer service and the associates are not knowledgeable, if they are knowledgeable, they wouldn't share the wealth of knowledge with me. The prices are also above average. You will get a better deal, and a higher quality of service, at the Vitamin Shoppe across the street. Honestly, the only thing I can see this place has going for it is the mom-and-pop feel... I'm assuming it's locally owned, which would explain the outdated interior, but in a locally-owned shop you would expect the service to well be above par. The impression that I received overall was that the associates didn't care.

I have never had such awful customer service! Usually in a vitamin/health food store you encounter friendly people who want to help. The young (and old) women here act like they're doing you a favor. Very arrogant and aloof. Back to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's!

Always exceptionally helpful and great prices! I am a loyal Whole Foods enthusiast & often can find things here that WF doesn't carry.

Bought a probiotic here and when I opened it the seal was partially pealed back and broken. On the top of the jar it still had the sticker from Health Foods of Rochester and the price, however I had not saved my receipt. The manager refused to do anything about it even though she acknowledged it was from her store. I will not be going here again and I have bought vitamin's here for over four years.
