The nurse put me in a room waiting for a doctor. I waited for at least 20 minutes. The doctor (a female in her early 30s) came in and never introduced herself. She asked me what was wrong. I said my eyes are very itchy and have discharge in the morning. She asked me to look at her pen while moving it up/down left/right. Then she said it may be pink eye without even checking my eyes. She directly gave me some antibiotic eye drops. The whole process is less than 3 minutes. I feel the doctor is not knowledgable and not responsible at all. Will tell friends not to go.

Very clean. Very responsive. Quick to be attended to. Wish this was closer to Detroit.

Everyone was friendly and they provided thorough care. I would definitely recommend MedPost and absolutely would return if need be.

It was very systematic and the good part was I was able to get appointment, I was attended immediately and everything is online. The other best part was that I was provided all details in written about my health, symptoms, medication and precautions. I would definitely recommend MedPost.

The clinic was new, clean, very nice. Front desk staff was professional. I liked how fast patient intake was handled. I was told the clinic was busy I may have a slight wait. I waited 20 minutes and was called back. I expected a much longer wait. The MA was very professional and nice. She knew her job well. The doctor was professional, and offered a different med to my asthma care. Which my PCP wants me to stay on. I would recommend MedPost to anyone.
