Extremely disappointed with my experience at Karle Medical. I feel rushed through my appointments after waiting to get in. The front desk is not friendly and 90%of the time they are just rude. Today our emergency appointment was canceled just before the appointment time. The lady who called to cancel was cold, mean, and tried to blame us. When I called back to explain my husband was in a lot of pain, I spoke to Amanda who also acted as if she could care less. Our entire family is leaving this practice, today was the last straw. When I mentioned this to Amanda she said there will be a charge for our medical files... Wow!!

I terminated the patient-doctor relationship in writing with Dr Bridget Karle after she referred me to Urgent Care for a condition that was presented to her.  She never provided me with proper diagnostic testing or treatment intervention for erupting hives that spread throughout my body.  Her intervention only consisted of one test which was negative and a good indication that it could be something other than the one thing she tested.  Delayed and limited diagnostic testing, delayed and limited treatment, and no specialist referrals can potentially create a negligent and worsening scenario.  Worse yet, I was told by URGENT CARE that they do not treat or test for allergic reactions and had to drive myself to the closest emergency department. Delay in referring a patient to a specialist means the condition has gone untreated which can greatly exacerbate the symptoms/condition.  I had gone untreated with no proper testing, no diagnostics, and no specialist referral until I referred myself.  I terminated the patient-doctor relationship and referred myself to a specialist.  However, by the time a biopsy was taken with proper drug intervention it had been 10 days and the erupting hives had spread over 60% of my body!  Take heed,  it is possible this medical group is way to busy and do not have the time for proper diagnostics and treatment intervention.

I've been going here for years and they have taken good care of me. The only major problem is that it's very hard to get an appointment with my doctor, and once I'm there, it's a 2 hour ordeal! This does not work well with my work schedule, so I end up with the Nurse Practitioner, not my doc, and have to schedule my appointments 4 weeks out, but the doc wants me back in 2 weeks...? So I waste 2 hours of my Saturday at the doc. No thanks!!  I love the NP's, don't get me wrong, but I want to see MY doc once in a while.

I've had a great experience at Karle Medical so far. I've been twice, once for a lower back pain and the other time for a physical. Molly helped me by diagnosing that my back pain was due to my lower back muscle and helped me understand how to stretch more in that area. I am now pain free in that area. The physical was a sports physical and everything went smoothly and professionally.

The staff is very professional and friendly. I've had no problems with scheduling appointments or handling billing.

Karle Medical group is a great Dr's office.  The staff is friendly and quick.  Not to mention their integration with Follow My Health is amazing.  It's great to see my health information online, I can review test results, and I can even message the office or request an appointment online.  I really wish more Doctors would get on board with this concept!
