My husband and I ordered 1lb of bluegill and a half lb of salmon bites. We waited over 30 minutes for our order. We get home and we have 1 bluegill and the rest was perch. I was not happy about it at all. When you call they do not answer. We will not be spending anymore money with this establishment! BEWARE!
Ordered smelt, lake perch, and bluegill fillets. All of it was over seasoned! To the point of gagging, and could even visually see, just a piles of seasoning on the fillets! Like it was just poured out, but not evenly, not even shaken around to try and break up the piles of it. This was my third time here, an I believe will now be my last! Almost $40.00 worth of food. And not one of the three orders, were seasoned properly! An you didn't even bother to ask, if I'd want any tarter sauce!! I don't know if it was the cook, or counter person... But you shouldn't be seasoning anything, to the point you can no longer taste the fish, or anything else you have cooked!!!
Spent 18-19 dollars for fish through door dash for the second time I received 3 pieces of fish they never send what you pay for they then credit me 10$ I call the manager says she doesn't see it call the assistant manager and he clarified. She was extremely rude kept talking over me wasn't very helpful or informative stating I could not receive my order through door dash but then said I can not to mention the fish had so much fat I'd suggest southern fish fry quality and quantity and a friendly experience I'll never eat at Atlantic fish again. This is the 2nd time that I have ordered from this restaurant and did not receive my entire order. I contacted them to report that my order was missing an item. The person apologized, which I politely accepted. Unfortunately, she added, "it's late and the crew must be tired. It happens." UNBELIEVABLE! That was an inappropriate response to a customer's complaint.
This was my first time trying this place and to have such an emphasis on the seasoning preference on top of the chicken, fish and fries I do believe the focus should be on seasoning the food overall. The batter, focus on flavor inside the food and not just sprinkled on top.
It's something to eat if the only place open. Food is not if best quality. If u have other options try them 1st then go back 2 them last. I had okra couldn't eat it. It had lots of stems in it. It was in edible. Kind of expensive for the quality of food that you receiveFood: 2/5
Great food, but I also wanted to note that I mixed up my expired credit card with my new one the order was through Uber Eats and when I called the restaurant, the woman who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful! I really appreciate it! Keep in mind though, when you go through delivery apps like Ubereats or Grubhub, the restaurants themselves have no control over things like credit card information or refunds, that is all through the app!
First and LAST time coming to this establishment! They do not clean their chicken so many feathers was left on wings major red flag I’m sorry but that is unsanitary. The person that answered the phone even had the nerves to say they pluck them after coming out the fryer which they should be plucked during Cleaning. Whole pan of chicken went to waste the food was not season right by far it had a flour taste and was soggy! I called after 10x I finally got a answer and was told come back we’ll see what we can do I thats a first hearing that. So unprofessional I thought about driving back but I don’t want them playing with my food so I let it go!!! Overall on top of being over Charged the food was Horrible!!
Had the chicken, fish, frog legs, fries, mac n cheese and bev. It all was amazing make sure you let them know the specific seasonings you want
They put extremely too much lemon pepper seasoning on the food. That seasoning makes the food extremely salty. I was highly dissatisfied with my food. This has happened multiple times.
