We sell mid century, modern & retro furnishings out of our showroom in Asheville, NC. We are open on the weekend or by appointment on the weekdays.

Story

We are open every Saturday from 10-5 and Sunday from 1-5 but we are happy to set up a time for you to view the showroom throughout the week. We have a no hold policy and sell items to whoever purchases them first. If you live out of state or want to ensure your purchase please call Megan at 828-406-8588 to pay for it over the phone.

A mid century modern furniture store. They couldn't have been more helpful getting the furniture strapped to the top of my car! Great furniture pieces.

Though the store is small is size, it had a great selection of mid-century furnishings; loved all the plants upon entering the building. 

The shop is great for a quick visit, but if we were not looking for the place, we would not found it.

I love what Megan and Todd have done with their space and they always have such beautiful pieces of furniture to choose from.  They are so positive and their energy surely shows in the craftsmanship and quality of their woodwork. The wonderful colors they choose for upholstery are phenomenal !  I'd highly recommend you visit for yourselves to experience their setting.  Mid century modern furniture brings back lots of fine memories!

I have consistently had an amazing experience with Atomic. I have purchased multiple pieces from them over the last few years. Their service and availability is impeccable. Their prices fair.  And their artistic vision is second to none. I highly recommend them without question.

What a wonderful experience dealing with Atomic Furnishing & Design.  I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price.  I would highly recommend Atomic Furnishing & Design to anyone looking for quality mid-century modern furniture. Megan & Todd are truly professional and great communicators.  Their knowledge of MCM furniture is exceptional.
