After just having a bad experience by pushy salesman at a different dealership, Axis made this experience very enjoyable. Peter was my rep and I never felt pushed into a decision. He let me look at the car without peering over my shoulder and let me make all the decisions without steering me a certain way. Also, the new purchase/trade-in process was very smooth. If you like to take time with your purchases, I highly recommend Axis Motorcars.

Peter was my sales agent. He was very knowledgeable about my BMW 6 series. The entire crew was friendly and cooperative. I recommend going to Axis! Don’t forget to ask for Peter.

If I  could give this location no stars I would. I spent my time from 11 am to 5pm attempting to buy a car at Axis. I started at the Broadway location and worked with Angel and Catherine (who were the nicest people) to test drive, submit and application and even pay the down payment. But when it came time to  sign the contracts I had to visit the Garfield location.
Upon reaching this location I waited another half and hour to meet with Saul (Salado or whatever his name was. Who I heard speaking to another costumer very rudely). When taken to the back room to sign the contracts he refused to print out or show me the final numbers that the bank was offering, he just wanted me to sign. However, I was able to see that the numbers he placed in the computer were as follows:  A credit score 60 pts less than my own, a sale price 2k more than what was agreed on at the first lot and a double digit interest rate that was far to high and a bottom line that was 5k more than the original price.)
Upon me addressing this discrepancy he proceed to get an attitude and even belittle me. I told him to reverse the deposit and return my paperwork, which he refused to do. He insulted me and told me I had wasted his time.
The most unsettling part his apparently he does this often and the owner was standing there like she never witnessed this occurrence before. My advice is to go there with your own financing or just find a dealership that you can walk into with out being insulted.

I had a great experience with Samantha, I got a 2007 Mini Cooper and I love the car! They helped me and were very quick and professional. I definitely recommend this car dealership.
