John Wagner is an excellent representative for Audi.  I enjoyed working with him and really appreciate all the time he spent finding me the car with the package that I wanted.  It was not easy but John made it happen in a very short period of time.  He is the best car salesman I have ever dealt with and I will definitely be a repeat customer.  I highly recommend John and Audi Bethesda.

Jacob Jay, our Audi Brand Specialist at Audi Bethesda, turned the usual new-car buying hell into a wonderful experience.  No hard sell, no BS, no games.  He knows all the ins and outs of his cars, and is straight-forward, and honest. Plus he has a great sense of humor.  His goal was to help us find the right car, with the right features, at a fair price--and he succeeded brilliantly!!  I could go ON AND ON AND ON, but suffice it to say that if you are thinking about an Audi, Jacob is the person you want to see--even if the Bethesda dealership is not the most convenient to wherever you are.  ***** 5 STARS all around.

Simone Durbin, the Audi Bethesda Finance Manager, was also terrific.  She explained all the financing options and answered all our questions.  Great customer service here, too!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. My salesperson, Jacob was patient, knowledgeable, and professional making my first car purchase very easy. Simone was also very helpful in explaining the financial transaction and put my mind at ease. Their personalized touch to car buying definitely made my experience above and beyond my expectations. A+++

I had just started thinking about buying another car, and decided to look here. Salesman Jacob Jay was knowledgeable and forthright about options versus costs, without being the least bit pushy. 
I considered a few other cars, briefly, but saw no reason to change my mind.
Simone Durbin also made it a pleasant experience, from beginning to end. it was the smoothest car buying experience I can recall.

For me, the appeal was also the convenient location for sales and service.

I purchased a new 2018 S4 from Audi Bethesda earlier this week.  Everything about the experience was exceptional.  I contacted them after viewing their inventory online and was put in touch with Jacob Jay.  Jacob was tremendously helpful and was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted plus some.  He was more than willing to not only match but beat offers by other dealers.  Additionally he was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the numerous features of my new vehicle.  He even went as far as to offer to take time out of another of his work days to show and teach me more about my new Audi.  I could not be more pleased with the service I recieved or my new car from Jacob and Audi Bethesda!
