Bought a used 2017 S60 from Ariel.  Their location is pretty new and seamed to be under construction but do not let that discourage you from going in.  All the staff were extremely nice and accommodating and I never felt pressure from Ariel the sales associate that I worked with.  Although the "VIP Services" rep I met with had a hard time getting the hint that I did not want paint protection or any other up sold service.  All in all it was a great experience.

I went in to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and everything seemed to have gone well. Abraham showed us around and was generally a very friendly person, but I really doubt his negotiation skills since at the middle of the negotiation, he had to bring in his manager. Moreover, the price they printed out for us had a 'destination fee' of ~$750, and they explained it to us that its apparently the fee for fixing up some chips and dents on the body of the car, and also an 'accessories fee' of $399 which they said it had to be paid and was for the cleaning of the vents and all that. Aren't you supposed to include the 'accessories fee' (which you say is for cleaning the car) with the base price of the car? Furthermore, when the manager stepped in, he seemed a bit rude. He didn't seem to want to negotiate and at one point, he said "I want to go to my family. We close at 5 and its already 5.15." I understand that, but we both are here to make a deal. We all work and not always do we get to leave exactly on time. If he didn't agree to our offer, then just say it. No need for extra fuss. Definitely will not go to this specific dealership again.

Pablo was exceptionally helpful and accommodating to our needs, which is why we always seek his service. He kept us updated throughout the whole process, always keeping us informed of any changes. He is conscious about our needs and budget. We are incredibly appreciative of his service.

Awful service. Clearly a sales floor that stereotypes its customers. I wasted nearly an hour waiting to see a vehicle at this dealership. I watched them service THREE other customers who all came after me over the course of 45 minutes and then tell me they were short handed. Worst of all the clerk had the nerve to ask me if I was going to buy the car today after making me wait and servicing the other customers. I’m white but my wife and her mother who were with me are from El Salvador. I walked into this dealership showed them the EXACT car I wanted to buy with down payment in hand and they still ignored me. I will not do business here.

I received a coupon in the mail for a complementary oil change even though I did not purchase my Volvo from this dealership.  I called to set up an appointment and they honored it.  I worked with John Weir, Assistant Service Manager. He was GREAT. Friendly and Professional. The coupon also included an inspection of my vehicle. The mechanic pointed out 2 critical items that needed immediate attention.  They did not pressure me to take action or try to "SELL" me.  I very much appreciated that. I told them I would needed to discuss with my wife and call back to schedule. They said fine.  The waiting room was very clean and pleasant. Overall I had a very positive experience at this dealership.  Finally, as I walked out the door to pick up my vehicle, I noticed that they even gave it a car wash!  This initial experience left me with a very positive view of this dealership.
