I recently purchased a new Toyota from Koons Toyota, Arlington and my sales rep was Christian Johnson.  Christian was superb.  Professional in all manner, knowledgeable of his product and excellent to work with.  Christian is easy to work with, understands the informed purchaser mindset, and is ready to support the sale in every way possible.  He is simply the best!  Christian made my purchasing experience the best I have had in the new car market.  Kudos to Christian and the entire Koons team.  Well done!

I needed to purchase a vehicle after a freak accident and one of my colleagues recommended Koons. I was so pleased with every aspect of my experience! Leo Mendoza was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We worked out a great deal and I was able to drive off the lot that same day. I felt comfortable, like I was getting a fair deal and that vehicle i was purchasing was safe and reliable. . They were friendly and Alex Belhadi in finance made sure I got the best deal for my money at a price I could afford. Thank you Koons!

I traded a car and bought a car last Saturday. I have to say that I had a great experience. They gave me a rental for a week until I was able to pick my car up. Everyone that I interacted with were so pleasant and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. Andrey and Oleg were so professional, patient and understanding. They got me a great interest rate after searching and trying different banks. 
I’m picking my car up today and even today they are super nice!

I am writing in reference to an employee at Koons Arlington Toyota, Mr Robert Bacon. Mr. Bacon is very personable, genuine and has exceptional customer service. 
I expressed to Mr. Bacon that I wanted a 2017 Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum. He informed me that his car dealership did not have any 2017 Limited Platinum, but they do have a 2018 Limited Platinum and a 2017 Limited edition. I advised him that I was not interested in a 2018, and he stated that the 2017 Limited has most of the features of the 2017 Limited Platinum Edition except the birds eye view. We chatted a little while longer and I told him I will let him know my decision. 
Fast forward Monday February 5th, 2018, I called Mr. Bacon and conveyed to him my interest in the Highlander Limited. We discussed the sales price over the phone, because I did not want to go into the dealership to negotiation a deal. I still spent a few hours in the dealership, but the experience was great.
Mr Bacon and the staff (finance and manager) were very professional and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured into purchasing my new Highlander. I was offered a lower interest rate than what my bank gave me.  If anyone I know is considering buying a Toyota, I will definitely recommend Mr. Robert Bacon.

I came looking to trade in for a new car but my old car didn’t have the greatest resale value. Thankfully, Mohamed has been a great help in the process and I’m grateful for his awesome customer service. Hopefully I can come back to the dealership soon and get myself a better ride.
