My experience with Audi Fairfield was amazing. I was in and out with the exact car I wanted in less than two hours, which is the dream. Jordan was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Audi Fairfield was responsive through online inquiry and Felipe reached out promptly to ensure I had the info I needed. I ultimately made my purchase here and can recommend the same to others. Details like having my car waiting in the little glass atrium was a nice touch.

Hiram was great, and led us through the whole car buying experience. We bought used, and a different make than Audi. So we were expecting a less hands on experience than if we were buying Audi, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well they treated us. Our vehicle was spotless inside and out, and the wash and wax made the vehicle look better than brand new. We came from out of state 6hrs and the car buying process couldn't have been smoother. Thank you to the Audi team and especially to Hiram and Val.

Two years ago I leased my first Audi from Frank, an all black 2020 A3 premium plus s line, which I absolutely LOVED. Frank was so fantastic the first time, that I came back AGAIN to him and Audi Fairfield to trade in my 2020 A3 for a 2023 Q3. Not only were they the only dealer who had the exact Q3 I wanted on their lot, fully loaded, all black with black optics, exact rims I wanted etc., but Frank also worked to get me the best deal he could on it, which was significantly lower than what Audi of Greenwich offered me for a less loaded Q3 which they didn’t even have on their lot. It was a pleasure working with Frank again, his demeanor and personality is so great it’s like you’re not even dealing with a car salesman, but rather coming back to see an old friend. To be honest, everyone at this dealer was a pleasure. From Frank, to Paul, to Dave, to the receptionist, everyone who helped me was great. Highly recommend Audi Fairfield.

Was told they won't allow me to test drive a car because it was 6 figures, so I went across the way and bought a Porche.  I was car shopping and narrowed my options down to Mercedes EQS, Porche Taycan and Audi E-tron GT. I test drove the EQS, then Taycan and then headed to Audi to finalize my decision.  I was told by the sales rep that I'm not allowed to test drive it. "They wouldn't just let anyone test drive it." and that "only the people who are going to buy it can test drive it."  I said, how can I know if I want it if I don't get to drive it. So he said he'll ask the manager. He came back a couple minutes later and said; "Sorry, we can't test drive the E-tron. My manager won't let me. I hope you understand. It's a 6-figures car and they don't let just anyone test drive it." I did remind him that I just finished driving the EQS and the Taycan. They insisted they will only let people test drive it if they are committed to purchase it. So I left and bought a Taycan instead.  This is not an attempt to publicly shame them. They have their business model, but for shoppers looking to test drive the E-tron. I specifically made the appointment to test drive the E-tron just to be denied as soon as I walked into the dealership. It was disappointing to say the least and for those who are wondering...I was dressed business casual Good enough for Mercedes and Porche  Edit: David, if you truly wanted to reach out to me, you have my contact info from when I made an appointment to test drive the E-tron GT. Your reply isn't for me. It's for the future consumers reading this review.

Webster does not have enough enthusiastic, positive adjectives to describe my service experiences with Audi of Fairfield. I have had 2 minor issues service lights on that prompted a call to service, both times Michael Perkowski he is a rock star! was able to squeeze me in even though their day was fully booked. DJ the service manager is also amazing! Both times they ran diagnostics and had me out quickly. Best service experiences in my driving life!!!

I experienced a great car buying search at the Audi Fairfield CT dealership. I highly recommend Sales Consultant, Alex Kearney, who was exceptionally knowledgeable, pleasant and professional throughout our communications and test drive of my new A4. Alex also helped to ensure I received a very fair price for my trade-in, which made my car buying experience almost effortless.  I’m grateful for his attention to detail and his easy going approach during my interest in purchasing my very first Audi.

Shout out to Audi Fairfield and Luis. Was interested in a car advertised online, and Luis was very responsive and cooperative. Ultimately the car wasn't the right fit for me and I reached out to thank them. They were miles better than a couple other out of state dealerships my friends went to test drive on my behalf, only to be jacked around and ghosted, one of them who also happen to be an Audi dealer.

Audi Fairfield has made the buying process enjoyable and very easy, was in contact with a very lovely guy named Alex Kearney. Kept in contact with me and updated me about every car i was interesting in. Sent me car fax via email and text. Always made sure we were on the same page. All of the employees at Audi of Fairfield were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back for more Audis in the future! Thanks!!

I have bought many cars in my lifetime but I have never had an experience as wonderful as this. The manager Dave Uva and my salesperson Felipe went over and above to make sure I had the best experience possible. Thank you so much for all of your kind and painstaking help in making this purchase as smooth and as pleasurable as possible.
