I was searching for a certified Lexus. I found myself on New County Lexus website. I found a Lexus GS 350 certified preowned and was very interested. Via the website I inquired about its availability. Due to the fact it was a Sunday the dealership was closed. The next day, Presidents’ Day, I received an automated email from both the general manager and the sales person letting me know how they were going to “wow”  me with professionalism.  I called the dealership and spoke with their business manager. I let him know of my plans to test drive the vehicle that afternoon. Miraculously, the vehicle sold within an hour of my conversation with the business manager. You can rest a sure that I was in good hands.  The “bait and switch” , buyer beware game was now in session.  They had another vehicle the same color,  mileage,  and same price waiting for me. How thoughtful.

Updated  Review....Horrible Horrible experience to begin with. Either way I went ahead and try to give them the benefit of the doubt.  Not even 2 months passed when I received a letter from the DMV stating that I have a penalty on a past due emission that the car. Didn't passed.  Wich I never knew about. I assumed since the dealer was paid to do all that paperwork and never had the decency to comunicate or even  boder to mention anything about it.  I assumed That all was well.and that I can put  So I come to find out. That the Part that the " Salesman " told me they were going to replace was never Replaced and that part being the *Catalytic converter 
Wich it's Why the car Failed the Emission test* I am beyond disappointed with this Dealership and the way they conduct business.  I don't recommend anyone buying a pre own car here. I have had Lexus my entired life. And never have had this Horrible experience.  In my life

Had the best experience buying a car for our son at New Country Lexus.  Michal Moczulski was very helpful and knowledgeable,  he worked a great deal for us!  We will definitely be back here in the future and we will recommend this dealership to all our friends and family.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I highly recommend Anthony Otero as he provided an exceptional car buying experience! All questions answered and all answers explained in vivid fashion to help you decide what's right for you. 

Also, the Technology Specialist - Dondre Clarke and manager Anthony Ferreri was nice and helpful! Overall, great dealership and experience! Thank You!
