This was my first time buying a car for myself.  From the first communications with the salesperson to the pickup of the car took only 36 hours.  It all went smoothly and seamlessly.  I was very comfortable with the people I dealt with, Max, Alex, Jae and George; they were all very patient with me and all my questions.

Chambers Motorcars of Natick is everything you expect from a Herb Chambers dealership with the added bonus of genuine, hard working, down to earth professionals that truly embrace the teamwork mentality to a sale. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, Max went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted at a competitive price, and Brian and Jae worked with me to find the right warranty plan to protect myself and my car for the duration of my ownership. 

I waited for nothing and there was no run around. Cars were even lined up when I arrived! Alex, Max, Brian and Jae; thank you! You are all outstanding and I really appreciate everything you did for me.

Beware of these dealerships. Herb Chambers will make sure your financed into a car with enough problems that are "not covered". With a higher interest rate than you can get from most other dealers. They pretty upon your repossession so they can sell it on unbranded lots.

Nothing but great things to say. If you do your research they have very fair values on great cars and gave a very good deal on trade. Gordon, Max, and Brian were great and provided a great overall experience. In the end I came out with a great car and no regrets.

Found a great deal on a low mileage A3 in excellent condition.  Gordon was great--friendly, no pressure, capable.  He dropped off plates and registration to save me a trip out of my way.  He's in the business for the right reason-- to help people find great deals on great cars.
