I had the best experience ever at Audi Norwell! Met with Jim Liberidis (a brand specialist) who not only demonstrated a remarkable depth of knowledge about the product, but was also very pleasant. Being impressed with the services is simply an understatement. Good Job!

So we went to Audi Norwell to look at an Q7 and met Jim Liberidis. Jim was great and had a wealth of information. My experience was great. After a great test drive. The handling and cockpit was wonderful. We had a discussion a round price and we met Lou. I explained that I will not make a deal that day as I want a night to think about it. After a few days I went back and wanted to look at the Q5. The experience was just as painless as the Q7 visit. We were greeted nicely and was wonderful to chat and see Jim again. We did the test drive and the Q5 was a dream felt more right size. Once again Lou came out. We had a discussion and being a pain i refused to sign. The deal was a great and made me think. The team there is very professional and compared to the BMW they are rockstars.

Hard to believe the "latest" review for Audi of Norwell, Ma is 5 months old. Anyway, I got rid of my 2015 RS-7 because of this dealership. Not only that, but as previous owner of 5 Audi’s over the years, this will be my last. The dealer and support definitely does make all the difference. In a nutshell, I had brakes, rotors, front tires and an alignment done just under 12K miles at Audi of Nashua, NH over a year ago. This is truly the best dealer around and where I purchased the RS-7 (and ultimately they bought it back this past weekend, 26 Aug 17), and they claimed all this work as warranty thru Audi. Something you expect in a $135K vehicle. Having relocated from North of Boston to the South Shore last summer (Jun, 2016), I now had to use the closest dealer, which was/is Audi of Norwell, MA.. Interestingly I brought the RS-7 to Audi of Norwell, Ma for 25K miles service at the end of July, 2017 and they told me I needed front brakes, rotors, tires and a front end alignment again ($3900). What am I to do, I had the work done and paid it. What makes this so odd to me is if I had the work done last spring and even have a winter set of wheels as well that get put on in the winter (Nov (16) – Mar (17), how the heck can I need all this work done again a year later/12K miles later??? As Shakespeare once said, “Something is rotten in the state of Denmark.” And I’ll mention for the actually service experience, I dropped the RS-7 off on a Thursday, they called me to come get the car the next day, on Friday. The following Monday they called back and told me they put the old tires back on and there was miscommunication for ordering the new ones. Total clown show. Bottom-line, loved my Audi’s. The product is awesome. As for servicing them, George Horne wrote, ““Fool me once, shame on you” and you know the rest of the story….

Sales and management are great at this dealership. Everyone is friendly and easy to deal with. My sales person Chris knew everything about the car and was very helpful in the sales process.

I went into the dealership on my day off and they were having a store meeting. I asked for salesman Nick Losee. Nick saw me and came right over and we both exchanged pleasantries and we were off. I told him what I was interested in and he brought me to that exact car. Everything was smooth and easy and everything I asked him he answered with ease and confidence. There is no doubt that my next vehicle with come from Audi Norwell and be sold to me by Nick Losee.
