This was my first time buying a car from Herb Chambers and it was the easiest car buying experience I ever had. The showroom was absolutely stunning, the organization and coordination between the staff were spot on. The snack bar had a wide variety of selections to choose from; the facility was clean, neat and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and courteous at the front desk. The sales man was very professional and knew a lot about the car I was interested in. He made sure all my requirements were met and exceeded my expectations as a sales consultant. Also, he kept in contact with me even after the purchase to ensure everything was running smoothly; answered all the questions I had and got back to me in a timely manner. Words cannot express how happy and satisfied I was with the staff at Herb Chambers.

I had another pleasant experience. The sales rep. Marc was able to give me an idea of what I would be paying. I had a very pleasant time at this dealership. The staff there is very friendly and accommodating. The salesmen are knowledgeable and the finance managers are dedicated to getting you the best deals. They were even welcoming of my pup who I didn’t want to leave in the car.

My wife and I saw an Rx350 online and made an inquiry. We got an immediate response from Lauren and set up an appointment. We couldn't make it for several days and the one that we saw was sold. We got an email and a call to advise us that the car was gone. This was not a bait and switch tactic as we had to delay in getting there. When we arrived George brought us over to a very patient Eric and we looked at multiple used and new cars and had an overall great experience from the minute we entered , working with Eric, the sales manager and the finance manager(Joel). A truly professional and well organized team! Thank-you

I am very grateful that Ryan called me to give me a heads up on my mileage that I have on my lease. He let me know what my best options were to avoid a high fee at the end of the lease term. These days we are all very busy and its nice to know someone has your back. Instead of running up my miles, Ryan put me in a new lease, which actually lowered my payment! I say, that's a win win, thanks Ryan!

We recently purchased a Lexus at Herb Chambers in Hingham. Our experienced was extremely pleasant! The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable as we were narrowing down our selection. Vitor, the finance manager, was superb in guiding us in all aspects of the purchase. A one day turn around from buying to driving our new vehicle. We absolutely love this new car! Would highly recommend this dealership.
