Alan takes all the stress out of the negotiations and is one of the most knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, down to earth salesman I have ever worked with. He truly wants you, the consumer, to be excited and completely satisfied with the vehicle you have selected. He takes the time to explore and explain all your options and works seamlessly with the service and finance departments. I could not be happier with my new 2018 Genesis G80 and look forward to returning to this dealership for my service needs as well as to catch up with the numerous employees I have met during the completion of my purchase. Excellent dealership with knowledgeable and honest people. Louis F was very good. Highly recommend him and buying a car here. He sold me a 2016 Jeep and couldn't be happier.

I leased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata.  Unfortunately, my first 2016 Sonata was totaled in an accident.  The salesman who helped me both times is Allen.  He was not scheduled to work today, but met me at the dealership so I could get a car right away.   He explained everything in detail, walked me through the entire car, had it detailed and made sure I was able to take the car home the same day.  The service I received was excellent.  I would highly recommend Prime Hyundai .

I was really impressed with the set up of this dealership. I also was impressed with the staff and inventory of vehicles . I think the addition of Prime Volvo will greatly improved this location greatly . I would recommend that you stop by if you're interested in a vehicle
