We had a very positive experience with a very competent and friendly sales and leasing associate which prompted us to look no further even though we know there are many options available.
Mr. Angelo Noe , the leasing consultant , made matters easy for us. It was a pleasure dealing with him. 
Mr. Ferris who welcomed us was extremely helpful as well.

My wife and I came to Prime Volvo after visiting  a couple of other car dealers. We had a great sales person (Cecil) and overall our experience was very good. We ended up purchasing our Volvo from this dealership and couldn't be happier.

I'm only giving 4 stars because the dealership is kind of small and cramped, and the inventory could be a little larger. The customer service we received was excellent, though.

From the start my experience with Prime Volvo was outstanding. No waiting on the phone or in line. Everyone played a part and they were great at communicating what was needed and how to do it. I had a complicated situation and they never faltered!

We had a wonderful experience at Prime Volvo in Hingham.  Everyone was very courteous and efficient.  Tom McNiff answered all our questions in an honest manner and left us with a good feeling about purchasing a Volvo from this dealership.  Tom was thoughtful of our needs and we are extremely happy with the service we received.  We also got a great deal on a new XC90.  Paul and Elaine McCabe
