I recently visited a few dealership to look and educate myself before buying a new SUV.  I contacted South Shore initially through the Internet and Alexandra responded right away on a weekend evening.  We corresponded through email a few times about my needs and the inventory and pricing.  I went to the dealership Tuesday and bought an X3 through David Josephson.  Starting with Alexandra, the service was excellent!  The entire transaction was smooth and my time was used efficiently, while I waited for paperwork Chris Riley showed me the technology and features of the car.  Chris is very knowledgeable, patient and professional.   I was excited about my purchase and thrilled with the process.

I recently bought a SUV at South Shore BMW. The sales process was very smooth and the car was waiting for me in a separate showroom when I went to pick it up. I had limited time so Alex, the BMW genius, gave me a quick, but thorough walk through of the features of the car. He was patient and answered all questions. He also made it clear that we could contact him at any point with additional questions. Overall a great experience and we love the car!

My wife and I purchased a new X5 on Saturday and we couldn't be happier with the buying experience.  Cory the salesperson was a pleasure to work with.  Very positive experience.

When we took delivery of the vehicle Alex "BMW Genius" brought us through the car's features and functionality in a professional straight forward manner.  He was the consummate professional.

Finally got my car after 3 months waiting. They offered me a really good price and promised me I can get my new car in 8-10 weeks, however while waiting for the car they said they found out the manufacturer flipped it to a 2018 due to the limited amount of 17 they were building, so they updated my order to 2018 which is nice except I had to wait longer which was not really the dealership could control. I had a good purchase experience since my client advisor David J has been really helpful and thoughtful while I was waiting for the new car. I would say except the long awaited, I'm glad I chose the South Shore BMW dealership.

South Shore BMW- and particularly Sam Doxsey and Alex  (specialist-Genius) are terrific.  Sam was very helpful in finding just the car I was looking for and his clear explanations of the many options and packages helped me hone my decision.  After test driving a few models and reviewing all of the information/benefits of different models,  I was able to make a firm decision.  Alex, the specialist/aka Genius, was pleasant and clear in his explanations and demonstration of the many, many features of my  beautiful vehicle.  He even got my phone blue tooth connected, which saved  me  time.  Now I need to program my garage door opener- but no fear!  Alex gave me his card, so if I have any difficulties, he will walk me through the process.  This is the fourth vehicle I have gotten from South Shore BMW and will recommend Sam and Alex to anyone who loves to drive a real performance vehicle- which BMW Is!
