After having my system done twice at two different shops, with disappointing results, I was recommended to Tim at audiotistics. After meeting Tim I knew I had the right shop, he took the time to talk to me and understand was I was looking for out of my system. He went over my system in detail and explained what was wrong with it, and how they were going to fix it. After touring his shop and seeing the quality of work they were turning out, I had no doubt I was dealing with a true professional. These guys take there work seriously, the pride they take in there work really shows, and there customer service is second to none, they will not let you leave there shop until you are completely satisfied. Once I picked up my car I was blown away by the performance of my system and the quality of work. The routing of my wiring was very professional, and looked factory. They even swappeded out the wrong screws the previous shop had used. Tim spent nearly an hour with me showing me how to operate my new system properly, and how to get the most performance out of it. I never once felt rushed. The craftsmen ship of the sub enclosure was beautiful, and perfectly matched my interior. I never would have thought that I could get such a high level of musical quality out of my system, especially at such a reasonable cost, and it was well worth the two hour drive from my house to his shop I had to make. These guys are true professionals and if you choose to work with them, you will be simply blown away. Thanks Tim ! You guys are awesome !

Tim, Will and the rest of the crew were most helpful!  It took me a couple visits to decide on the alarm package I wanted, but they were their to answer all my questions.  Not once did I feel that they were short or impatient in any way.  When I decided on the alarm package that was right for me, they did not try to force any other package on me.  They knew I had processed all the information and came to a final decision.  This is a very professional, clean and fun shop to do business in.  When the time is right, I will definitely be back so they can install a stereo system in my truck.  If you are considering an alarm, tracking device or a bumpin stereo system, I highly recommend Audiotistics.
