Well first off I will never take my car there again I took my car to get speakers well it started off good when he finished my window wouldn't roll up then I pulled back in because the speakers I brought one wasn't working I sucked that up bought 2 new speakers after he put them in he didn't even put the plugs back in my doors I was like hell no then he put the mirror nob that's on the door back on wrong man I was there all day and then they just left my old speakers all over in the car instead of popping the trunk and putting them back there I'm good I'll go to best buy from now on.

My wife and I went looking for a car stereo for our 2003 Toyota Corrolla Sport, after looking for awhile and not satisfied with the other places I saw "Audio On The Go", I stop and asked a couple questions. I let them know that I would be back, this past Saturday we had the radio installed, both techs and installers were great, they have been in the high desert for 30 years. I will definitely go back and recommend them, my wife loves the radio that was installed and I love it as well. Thanks Audio On The Go, Sincerely Mike

While I loved the product and selection the customer service was horrible. I would add while the product was good I could have easily bought it online. 
After ordering and paying for my stuff I was constantly given the run around about when it would be here (took over 2 weeks as opposed to the 3 days I was told). There was zero communication from On the Go Audio to tell me the problem with the order and after it finally came the 20 minute installation I was quoted has taken over an hour and a half and I'm still waiting! Absolutely pathetic, would not recommend this place to anyone who wishes their stuff done in a timely manner. I would give negative numbers on the rating if I could.
